Parents whose children attend Trinity Christian School know their children are growing intellectually, emotionally and spiritually, and they are making good friends.
Mary Mantei, who has two children enrolled, said she had heard “really good things” about Trinity from friends at church and it didn’t take long for her to “fall in love” during the family’s first visit. From the warmth and passion of their tour guide, principal Jean-Daniel Lussier, to the happiness of the students, caring of teachers, and the beauty and cleanliness of the facility, Mantei and her husband knew this was the right place for their children.
They even sold their Milton home to move closer to the school.
Her children, Hannah and Ethan, go to school happy and come home happy, and Mantei is grateful knowing their education is top-notch. Class sizes are small enough to allow teachers to “give comfort and attention to the students’ needs,” Mantei said, and resource support is available to students who need it. The school intentionally builds relationships among students across grades, making the whole experience safer and more comfortable for younger children while teaching older students community-building skills.
Mantei also appreciates the weekly chapels, and the way classes take turns leading them, giving students leadership opportunities and ways to grow in their faith. Her children come home singing worship songs and knowing the connection between what they believe and what they are learning.
Trinity is an independent school and parents pay tuition, but Mantei said the investment is worth it, “it has been so positive.”
Mantei knows that the education her children are receiving is an answer to their family’s prayers.
“The differences are astounding.”
And now she is the one telling her friends about “the really good things.”
