Leadership begins with a heart to serve. At Trinity Christian School in Burlington, students grow in responsibility, confidence, and Christ-centred character as they contribute meaningfully to both school life and the wider community.
Service is not simply something students do—it’s part of who they are becoming, shaping how they lead, connect, and care for others.
How Students Lead and Serve
All students in Grades 5–8 participate in service teams, giving them regular opportunities to contribute, take ownership, and develop leadership skills. Teams evolve throughout the year, allowing students to experience a variety of roles and responsibilities within the school community.
